Western doctors and nutritionists might prescribe a "healthy" diet, but they don't understand how to use food as medicine.

Put out by scientists at the University of Toronto and published in the prestigious Journal of Ethnopharmacology.*
- It found that digestion releases photons, or tiny bursts of light, when we eat food.
- This is called Biological Spontaneous Photon Emission, or Photon Projection.
- The Photon Projection of warming foods like ginger is greater than that of a cooling food like mint.
They are also warm in nature and are the building blocks of all life.
- Photons come from the sun, they warm the earth and are absorbed by plants.
- Some plants release more photons than others, which affects their thermal nature.
- The more photons that are released when you eat food, more photons you will absorb from you food.


The number of photons that are released makes the food warming or cooling.
- You are probably eating some of these foods and weakening your body without even knowing it.
- Many "health foods" are actually very cold in nature, like mint and green tea.
- Many people who follow popular advice and try to be healthy, wind up causing more harm than good.

I was once just like you...
My whole body hurt and I felt exhausted all the time...
But it wasn't always this way.
I grew up in New England...
Where the winters are dark and long...
And very, very cold.
I would play for hours outside...
Skating, sledding, and building snowmen...
This was when the cold started to CREEP IN.
I was captain of my lacrosse team...
